I’m listening.
Every moment we are revealing the truth of who we truly are, even in our greatest suffering and adversity.
How we hold our view upon ourselves and our reality, determines how we experience it.
As a Buddhist chaplain, I offer a supportive space of deep listening, compassionate reflection, and a place where you can explore what spiritual, emotional and relational healing means for you and your life path.
Spiritual Care Services
Spiritual Counseling
How is this moment forming you, and how are you forming it? I work with people of all faiths, and no faith, exploring the contours of our spiritual life. Through prayer, dialogue, meditation, silence, song, and earth practices, appreciation for our life can grow.
Sickness, Addiction, End-of-Life
Grief is the other side of love. I offer support for direct and ambiguous losses, from the physical to the existential, and work with people of all ages.
Grief Support
Compassionate listening, open dialogue, and a safe space to process what is arising in your path of discovery, suffering, healing and transformation.

About me.
I’ve been a Buddhist spiritual caregiver and chaplain for nearly 20 years in the healthcare field, working directly with people experiencing sickness, death, grief, recovery from drugs and alcohol, diff-ability, chronic and terminal disease.
I am an ordained chaplain in the Soto Zen Buddhist tradition and Prajna Mountain Buddhist Order by Roshi Joan Halifax, PhD, head Abbot and founder of Upaya Institute and Zen Center. Since 2019, I have also been the Director of the Buddhist Chaplaincy Training Program at Upaya. Between travel and teaching in the field of spiritual caregiving, I reside in New York, and am a proud mother to my dear teenage daughter.
My offering as a Buddhist chaplain is to come alongside you and bear witness to who you truly are. I believe when we cherish each other, we cherish life, and all our possibilities can grow from there.
